Jonathan is an R&D engineer in the Software Solutions team.
Jonathan completed his engineering degree at CPE Lyon, specializing in image processing and programming (Python, C++, Matlab). Alongside, he pursued a Master’s in Health Engineering at Polytech Lyon, focusing on ultrasound and MRI imaging, as well as machine learning for medical applications.
Jonathan completed his final-year internship at the Creatis Laboratory in Lyon (France), focusing on vascular segmentation using Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). He worked on building an image shape tree with Pylena, developing an autoencoder in PyTorch, and implementing a GNN for node classification.
At Kitware, Jonathan works on visualization and web technologies such as VTK.js and trame.
